Weekday review for complete briefs, Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 US Eastern excluding US public holidays observed in 2026. Incomplete sheet material, essence fill or destination notes may be returned for clarification before factories are contacted.

How the desk reads your brief
A readable sheet mask brief names the form, essence fill, quantity unit and destination before anyone compares a factory reply. If sheet substrate or destination are missing, we ask for clarification rather than guessing a toner pad path or a hydrogel neck extension. Optional budget ranges help filter offers; they do not invent a savings percentage. Supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget or undecided) is a buyer preference only. Limits on this desk: we cannot invent an MOQ, issue an INCI sheet ourselves, or confirm FDA labeling for an unnamed factory—those stay with the quoted item documents.
There is no public street map pin on this page because we do not publish a walk-in address. Procurement communication stays on the form fields you submit. After factories answer, you still confirm labeling, packing exclusions and timing with the named supplier.
